First Post/RIBS

Those of you who know me will not be surprised that my first post is about food. I love food and often make important decisions around food. So why not kick off my blog with a little rib dish I had today from Smokin' Jack's Rib Shack?

Just take a moment to gather in this carry-out lunch dish. Green beans, steak fries and a quarter of a rack of ribs. Don't let the 'quarter' fool you, there is about a pound of ribs there. They are messy and they literally fall-off-the-bone. I think you could almost drink them they are so tender.

I'm glad I got the quarter rack. This amount of meat just about gave me meat sweats. If you don't know about meat sweats, inform yourself.

Verdict: I don't mind re-tasting these ribs every time I burp.
